Unless you are getting out of a lease or you were in a car crash and absolutely have to get a new car I would avoid it completely. Its just a bad idea right now. Anything useful and functional would have been stripped out in 94, they were likely just selling the hull and some of the internal bits, but nothing that would have made it go or helped with operations.
