Jezebel uses mugshots all the time for articles about criminals. They’ve used Charles Manson’s mugshot for the article about him that’s currently on page one. They published mugshots of the four women who have been charged with attacking a disabled man. Why wouldn’t they use Quine’s mugshot for this article?
