I’m not sure what you’ve been told but a fingerprint scan is less secure than a passcode. It’s easier to copy someone’s fingerprint than it is to go into their brain and figure out their passcode without knowing anything about them.

I think the way Disney/ABC looked at this was how much it will cost to defend the case vs how much will it cost to make this go away. Apparently they thought fighting this reporting in the courts would cost more than 115 million and settled to make the lawsuit go away. They still didn’t retract any of their reporting…
