THIS. The only way this story could’ve been more insufferable is if somebody made a “500 Days of HitchBOT” series out of it.

Honestly, it’ll probably never happen. After all, Nintendo funded Bayonetta 2. Plus side, Platinum is still making games. We already know they’re making various games for all the consoles. They might not be like the average hack’n’slash, but they’re something.

I know a single person who has a Wii U. I have played a handful of games with him and it is not worth $200+ for me to play one game.

It sold so badly that they may be able to appeal to Nintendo’s more honorable side to let them release something somewhere else so they can try to salvage something out of that franchise. Nintendo locking up that sequel really fucked it over. If they didn’t at least we could have hope for it.
