It's got probably the best portrayal of a truly great villain and it explores some wonderfully engaging themes but it's still loaded with issues.
I'd say DK may be the most intriguing but I stand by Spider-Man 2 as the most skillfully executed SH flick.
For straight up most fun I'd go with Avengers.
