First of all, I'd like to say I appreciate your writing of calm and articulate responses, and I also want to stablish that I understand your point of view about the stability of market sales and the maintenance of tradition, as one could call it. However, I want you to read your own words very carefully and notice

Obligatory:

The fools! They fell victim to one of the classic blunders - The most famous of which is "never get involved in a land war in Asia". But only slightly less well known is this: Don't price your console at $500 on release! They also made things harder for 3rd party developers. Did they learn nothing from the Fifth

IF YOU WOULDN'T DO IT TO THE WOMAN BEING COSPLAYED, WHETHER OUT OF RESPECT OR FEAR OF GETTING YOUR ASS KICKED, DON'T DO IT TO THE LADY COSPLAYING THE HERO.

Have they indicated how dude Thor and lady Thor will be referred to, since Thor is both the dude's name and the lady's title? That's the only thing that's confusing me.

That sure looks like someone other than Steve Rogers is carrying the shield. Could it be Sam Wilson? (Hey, why's Thor a man in this????)

Wait, I can win "the Assassin's Creed Studio in Montreal"?

Number one response for me would be Legend of Zelda, but since that's already in the works I would say next up would be a new Metroid. I really loved the Prime series and that definitely made me open to seeing new interpretations of classics. Otherwise, Star Fox? Could we see a true open universe with the space combat

New 2D or 3D Metroid. Fav this up peeps!!

Personal answer would be Megaman Legends 3! (they saved bayonetta, they could save ML3)

Nah, it's all good. I just see how some of these conversations go down on "da kinja" some days and wish to avoid it if all possible. Trust me, you were making some fine points. I'm just sorry you had to waste them on my one time when I wasn't all too serious about conversing about it. lol

How is that a no win situation? They could "win" if they had more female and non-white characters...

Maybe hire a decent writer?

I REALLY want this and No Mans Sky but...ugh...

This the email I just sent to The Post's reader advocate. I'm a longtime lurker here and appreciate the attention that is drawn to thinks like this, but I think I need to take a break from news for the sake of my sanity:

I know people who haven't played certain games because they know they won't be able to platinum due to multiplayer.

Actually, keep in mind that what MSFT did this time (bundle an expensive piece of hardware that priced the system outof the market) is *exactly* what Sony did last time with their Blu-ray setup. Their consoles were far too expensive, and people gravitated towards the Xbox 360.

Freelance illustration is something I might be comfortable doing, with several years more of intensive study. I may seek training to facilitate that later on, but right now I need money more than I need training :/

I'm presently aiming to become an employed musician/composer, either in the same industry or one not far from it (right now, I'm in school and hunting for a day job). There's supposedly harsh competition in both fields, but I intend to one day contribute to the efforts of an indie studio that actually needs me, and
