Good lord, I know. I'd like to go and kick a few of those "decision-makers" in the teeth for what they've done to the people responsible for my favorite pastime, not to mention all the hopes and dreams they've shattered.

Because relevant.

Great, I was secretly hoping this wasn't going to be as awesome as it looked, so I could not add yet another game to the (ever-)growing backlog, but here I go, purchasing something else I'll 'get round to playing some day' (and, yes, I know, not the worst problem in the world to have, but still...)

its because there are so many variations of the Android platform in terms of hardware that it takes alot more work to have a homogeneous version that works across all the popular handsets.

Look, my issue here is not that Nintendo won't add gay marriage to the game—it's unrealistic to expect them to change a game that's been out for a year in Japan just because some fans are asking. It's also not realistic to expect a Japanese company to be as progressive about gay rights as we have been in the United

Those damn balloons. *Twitches*

So I wouldn't really say they have new looks. I'm not saying that I don't see any differences between old and new but for the most part they pretty much look exactly the same in terms of design HOWEVER in terms of art quality they definitely look better which is good enough for me.

Well, the cost of development and the low install base is what makes this gen different. We're used to $40 million + development costs now, and have situations where publishers will report sales of multiple millions of copies as "underperforming" (Tomb Raider, Hit Man, Kingdoms of Amalur). Hence, it's hard to justify

"So this is your slaughtering younglings phase?"

Well this whole post right here is wonderful....

I would agree with this based on experience using a Rift devkit for about 9 months or so. I get motion sickness pretty quickly if I'm standing and walking around in a first person game, if it's third person it doesn't bother me nearly as much cause I have this "object" to focus on in the foreground. In flight or

I liked 12, the MMO-style combat was a nice change of pace, I even like the Gambit system (other than the fact that the way the Steal one worked was kinda dumb, but I digress). I didn't finish, but that's more me and RPGs rather than dissatisfaction with it.

(If you've already played please forgive me) Spiderman web of shadows is by far the best spiderman game ever. I was too a big fan of spiderman 2. The web slinging was incredible watching it realistically wrap around a pole. After I firgured out that this tech could never be duplicated for some strange reason I calmed

As a man, I'd just like to congratulate these intrepid researchers and inventors.

True story: my 6-year old stepson wants to become a scientist when he grows up. I was really excited when he told me this, because scientists rock, so I asked him why he wants to be a scientist. His response was, "So I can make a potion that turns me into Voltron." That was in August and he's sticking to it.

If only Sesame Street had responded as warmly when I wrote Elmo asking him to kill the Count because he was a vampire and likely killing muppets in their sleep.

Definitely. Though in my case I also use it to my advantage—misogynists, as it turns out, will spend DAYS AND DAYS on a single post you've written, yelling at and arguing with women and other misogynists. And this translates to $$$, which I can then use to pay my writers to produce more content. They unwittingly sign

I wouldn't mind if link and Zelda switched roles in a new Zelda game.
