You and I are talking about two different videos, sir or madam.

I listened to it, and it just kinda furthers my point of focusing too much on the totally random drops you get. Yes, the rare legendary drops could be actual legendary items more often. But why waste your three hours of playing time trying to get it? That same amount of effort could go towards this other, more…
Ya know, I understand that there's some issues with the loot and the randomization of it, but seriously. If people are playing the game as much as they say they are, they could already have the stuff they want (legendary items) by ranking up in the factions/Vangaurd/Crucible. I'm not gonna say anyone's playing it…
Reading the comments on Destiny articles and you can see no one knows how to play the freakin' game. It's amazing.
And that's more to my point of actually playing the game. If you could get all you need within a week what's the fun in that? The whole experience is designed for enjoyment and longevity, not grinding for a few days to get the best stuff.
At times, I've felt as though I'm playing Destiny "wrong" by farming exploits and choosing boring missions over enjoyable ones. But if I'm playing incorrectly, why has the game been designed to reward that style of play?
Yeah maybe negligible is the wrong word but if there is indeed any kind of imbalance it's not that you can't kill higher level players 'cause they have all this strong armor and they're invincible.
Yes, that is exactly what happened. Your skill improved. :)
That's fine. But what you quoted doesn't speak to your "emptying magazines" scenario at all. Armor and weapons matter in that there are passive upgrades that carry over, so your implication that there's some armor upgrade making him stronger is wrong. The upgrades that do carry over into Crucible ultimately make a…
They aren't a factor. It's confirmation bias. No offense but you're just not playing great. lol.
They aren't a factor. Your skill is, though.
This one's gold.
I've come to the realization that while I like the suspense of legendary engrams, you're better off just going with Vanguard, Crucible, and Faction items. I mean, you do these Vanguard and Crucible bounties and playlists anyway. And either way you slice it, you'll be "grinding" (I don't really think there's a grind in…
No it doesn't.
Two months is plenty of time to work out these blemishes in stability. This is such a non-issue, dude.
Thank you. All of these things sounded like a non-issue. Two months is a lot of time in software development explicitly for polish.
I mostly agree with this, even more so your last tweet where you touch on subtleties. Just going through and reading the reviews from other reputable sites and their glossing over what Destiny does wrong (i.e. the story's boring), they don't really touch on why it's boring — or what I'd really like them to do, touch…
I CAN NOT WAIT TO PLAY THIS. IT LOOKS AWESOME.
Nah.
I definitely agree with you there. People are taking "straightforward" to mean "generic."
