I'm glad my attention span is nonexistent. I've played some Zynga games once or twice and they've all since been removed from my phone/tablet. Not impressed.

The point was it's dependency, and the fact that because he was aware of the rope being there he didn't fear the jump. The old doctor explains that part. The rope having/not having slack is irrelevant, he clearly just doesn't jump far enough.

...but Selina was there, tho. Alfred had no contact with Selina outside of seeing her (for a split second) in the kitchen at the beginning of the movie, and when Bruce ID'd her at the batcomputer. Is that enough memory to conjure her up in a daydream?

NIGHTWING.
