To be fair, if you are watching that much Knicks basketball on TV that’s your own damn fault.

Probably because there has never been a good scientific study that has showed any deleterious effects whatsoever even though many very good scientific studies have been done looking for them.

Worst strike three call of all time? No chance. This was a random call in the middle of an August regular season game. Eric Gregg kept it up for an entire NLCS Game 7.

Is it me or the seeding in both the men’s and women’s tourney has been odd to say the least. Virginia played virtually a road game against Purdue in Kentucky Same with Duke vs. Virginia Tech in the District (why did they meet in the Sweet 16 anyways). Mississippi State did play a road game today at Oregon (Eugene is

The headline had me expecting a margin of victory a touch greater than a measly four. A 2-seed beating a 1-seed by two buckets in a “back-and-forth game ... a duel between two dominant, contrasting superstars” ain’t exactly Cumberland/Georgia Tech when it comes to dismemberment.

The sport’s biggest problem is the unwritten rules. The game is a LOT more fun to watch when the players are having a good time. With the World Baseball Classic from a couple of years ago having unofficially suspended the unwritten rules, the games were a lot of fun to watch, because the players were having fun! MLB

Market value of a Steph Curry or a LeBron does not remotely compare to the tangible value each of them have to their respective franchises. Does Manny Machado

Close the comments section, because this is the correct answer.

Baseball is irrelevant to the discussion. We have a field of work. Assume the writer is correct. 2 best players ever. Does this mean they deserve the highest salaries? No.

I agree with this. Teams want to win, so if a player is available, they’ll pay whatever market price is or more to get the upper hand on another team. The market will dictate the value when there isn’t a cap. If owners think 10 years is too long, then it’s too long. They might be colluding to keep prices down, but not

Extactly this. These people are Regressive Leftists DESTROYING the left wing with every bullshit fake article. Every double down. Every continued tantrum. All the commenters who are ignoring massive evidence, and even Phillips retracting his comments. All of the jerks still writing these articles are creating Trump

“...despite video evidence that he walked into the space separating the students and Black Israelites and stood there before that students formed a semicircle around him. “

The only person who saw all this coming was Tony Romo.

A) You ain’t missing much IMHO.

Let’s face it, you could fry an old boot in bacon grease and it would be delicious.
