Have you ever tried going to a fighting game tournament? They’re essentially a group of people replicating an arcade feel, and there are locals just about everywhere.

This is all true. As someone who still plays fighting games, I’m hopeful that Rising thunder can pull in people like these games and Hearthstone have.
