If I’m going to buy a Grand National, it won’t be a one off factory car with a dress up kit attached to it. It will be a real turbo car that’s long, heavy and rear wheel drive just like God intended.

It’s basic transportation at it’s best. It will haul your stuff and it has room for 3 up front. Easy enough to work on and I’m sure parts are super easy to get. I just can’t get behind it with the ~$9000 price tag.

On the surface this seems like a nice price but my spidy-senses are tingling for some reason. Maybe it’s the fact that the interior hasn’t been cleaned up at all and gotten ready for sale, maybe it’s the clutch work being done currently but still shifts without issue, maybe it’s all those miles.... I’m going with that

Paint this silver and call it the new cybertruck prototype.

I will congratulate the seller if he does sell this POS of a car. This is one of the many reasons cars sucked in the 70's and into the 80's. It’s slow, ugly and I can just imagine they way it wallows in the corners.

This is a $3000 truck in normal times.  It’s not 4x4, it’s not in mint condition, and there isn’t $5000 worth of almonds in the bed.  Since not even one of those is true, this is No Dice for me.

That could be, but it looked to be in the same place and still has that “new and improved” look that the choke knob has on the Suzuki.

That site you link to has some cool 80's bikes but the prices seem crazy. 1.6 mill yen is equal to 13,000 USD. For an 80's bike before shipping in factored in you are paying a lot for nostalgia.  But, maybe it’s like the US where they know what they’ve got and how much it’s worth....

Honda did the same thing with the choke on the Interceptors around that same time.

I’m a sucker for 80's bikes. I may just be the right age where these look cool and actually comfortable. Yes, a nice 70's Kawasaki triple would be cool to own but my guess is not the best for comfort and the widow maker nickname isn’t helping sell the wife on the idea.

My dream 80's bike has always and will always be

This is an interesting one. It comes down to how you play Nice Price or No Dice. For the cost alone, yes this is worth the money, just know that it will be at the dealer more than any other car you’ve ever owned.

It currently runs and drives, in this day and age, that price seem fair.  For the Jag fan, this is a project car, undoing all the previous “enhancements” then getting the non-functional items, functional again.  I’ll go with a Nice Price if you are somewhat handy with a wrench.

Do the Buc-ee’s onesies come in adult sizes?  Asking for a friend....

On motorcycle rides with a few friends, I will usually pick a restaurant that google maps says is around lunch or dinner time.  If I miss the timing, we can always grab a snack at a gas stop then eat when we make the restaurant.  When staying overnight, I will look at restaurants close to the hotel and pick one that

One thing I really noticed while I was in Vancouver this winter was their Philly cream cheese had a gritter taste than our US version.  It wasn’t actually a bad thing.  It seemed to have a stronger taste than our version.  It would be interesting to know what they do differently up in the north.

I thought it was pretty obvious, the top of my head :)

Let me see if I can sum up this experience on a nice summer day. There’s no top so you’ll be wearing a hat or burning the top of your head, said hat would also be flying off in the wind. It’s black on black so when parked ( no top again) those seats are going to fry your legs and any other bare skin that touch it.

Having owned the lesser powered 92 Escort single side mirror base model, I can say these things are fairly bulletproof. I’m surprisingly good with this project car and the price seems fair enough. I don’t care for the black wheels but that’s an easy fix and the fact it’s been all tested is a plus for me. NP for me.
