i know she’s a Bad Person, but we don’t talk enough about how, almost more importantly, she’s a Bad Actress. i’m so fucking glad i don’t have to see her in star wars anymore.

Except they have a clock telling them how much time they have, and they could have wrapped it up before the music started. And they’re not being cut off mid-sentence. Soft music starts playing letting them know they need to wrap it the fuck up on their own, and instead of doing that they get mad at the music they knew

You know, I appreciate a writer willing to review a movie on its own dumb level and grade it as such. Nicely done, Jordan!

I literally did that and told you what I found.

I miss the old AVClubbers and their insights. Someone in the comments blaming Anderson for asserting her dignity even though she was a “sex symbol.” Haven’t we gotten past that particular bit of sexism?

This is the kind of feel good story I needed right now, thanks!

Gerbils are usually friendly and happy to interact with people, but they do not really enjoy being picked up.

There was a change in the law that allowed them to sue now.

The problem isn’t “criminalization of the body”, the problem is exploitation of minors. They aren’t suing because they’re nude, they’re suing because adults pressured them into being filmed in the nude.

This isn’t smart Moffat, it’s just complicated.

it’s the kind of show that appeals to someone who goes out of their way to rate something on imdb.

I mean...Conan Doyle believed in fairy photography, so being a dummy doesn’t disqualify one from writing good Sherlock, lol

Also, I’ll never forgive Moffat for taking Doctor Who from “This is Rose. Rose works a menial job and longs for something more. Her character arc will be finding out whether that life of adventure is what she really wants, and whether she and the Doctor are good for each other” to “This is River Song. She is the
