They’re drug dealers who deal in lies and propaganda, but eventually they get so big and powerful that they can’t look at themselves in the mirror anymore, so they dip in to their own supply. People like Carlson believe the shit they spew, because it is the only thing that keeps them going.

That man is basically a living embodiment of a jazz-cat. He is the best.

I have a hard time with just the set design. TNG was the Trek I grew up watching with my dad, so I can still get through a lot of issues thanks to nostalgia, but damn the set design. 1980's office decor at its finest. Excessive amounts of empty space, beige everywhere, carpet panels...ugh. Was shocked that engineering

They were absolutely trying to make her a female McCoy. I feel like a big part of her role was to be “older, completely platonic, support character.” She had absolutely no chemistry with anyone on the cast though, and I doubt she would have been better off with better scripts or directors. She just did not click.

Especially on a stream. My understanding of streaming and YouTube videos of people gaming is that it is expected behavior to have ridiculous, over-the-top, hyper-emotional reactions to the slightest thing.

No disembodied brain would bother with that bet. Baher would drop McCain with her bare hands before McCain even lifted her lirpa.

Welfare = bad because if people are as poor as possible we’re going to feel slightly richer.

Right? I mean how many people only consider something good politically if it means “the dems are losing.” Hell 45 tweets all the time about how happy he is “dems are losing” because he can’t understand anything beyond a binary system of winners and losers.

Man you just triggered all sorts of memories about the insanity of late 90's early 2000's Comedy Central. That was basically the time that South Park had gotten popular, so they rebranded their whole network to fit that humor style. I started high school in 2000, so I watched a lot of it. At least it exposed me to 80s

Heavy character = higher top speed but lower acceleration
Lighter character = lower top speed but higher acceleration (which is good for recovering from spin outs)
If you’re a really good driver who can avoid items and traps, you want the best top speed as possible.
There’s also the matter of how the cart turns, drifts,

Amazon also got incredibly lucky if you look at the whole picture. It bombed so damn hard early on, and was one of the biggest jokes of the online world. Hell I’m binging Futurama right now, and an episode from like ‘03 has a joke in it about spending 2 cents to buy 5 shares of Amazon.com is a financial risk.

Hell I honestly don’t even want remade graphics or anything. Just a proper disc 2.

Yeah a lot of the ps2/xbox action games could totally screw you over depending on when/where you saved.

Yeah that level was weird. So much cheap crap thrown in your way and then a ridiculously easy final boss with move patterns straight out of a PS1 game. Speaking of Smelter Demon, one of the hardest Souls experiences for me was Iron Passage and then the second Smelter Demon in the Old Iron King DLC. Man that place was

The DQ games have been doing a nice job of creating accents and dialogues in their games to make places feel different or make the world feel bigger. I remember IX having some issues with some of the accents being hard to read, but the VII 3DS remake was a lot better, and I think with XI they just nailed it.

Mid-life crisis money?

Actually sheep hunting is almost always farm hunting. So some nearby farm raises these rams, which are fairly tame and lack fleeing instincts and fear of humans, and then just let them out nearby, then tell the “hunters” where it is.

Yeah all the way through the 3rd act I was thinking “He’s going to be Red-Skull, a new face/actor fits him fine, someone’s going to punch his face and we’ll see the skull, maybe it’s Zemo who killed and replaced the guy, oh shit he’s dying...Fury is totally going to see a seam on his face and see its a mask...oh

He could meet his wife, who’s a talking space otter.

I feel like the lack of any big twist for the big bad, like having him secretly having been Red-Skull or Strucker or Zemo, made it more of a gut punch. It was unsettling that a smart, talented, and by Fury’s reckoning good, person can buy in to the Hydra philosophy.
