Same issue on a new 4K LG. It doesn’t automatically switch inputs luckily but notifies me with a big popup that the input became active so it blocks a sixth of the screen each time.

No no, GPS power save mode. If you put GPS in power save mode, the game no longer gets any GPS signal at all.
