@Plague: Look, so long as they're not Daleks and aren't a chubby excuse for a fart joke, I'm happy.

@captainfreshness: Nyssa was cute, especially since she was a super-geek, but her fashion sense leaves something to be desired.

@Jeriba: There's a long tradition of giving the viewers eye-candy, usually of the female form, although Brigadier General Leftbridge Stewart certainly cut a dashing figure in his day.

@Burke: To be fair, the gun was being offered to Tennant with the implicit goal of killing someone. That's why the Doctor didn't want the gun.

@PlaidNinja: Presumably, they had some changes of clothing stashed away. Nobody wants to travel through time and space all rank, after all. Unless, of course, they service the shippers by prancing around naked while the TARDIS does their laundry.

@Srynerson: Just not Nyssa's poofy shoulders and perm. God, the 80s were horrible.

@Jeriba: Or Zoe's sparkly catsuit.

@Randki: The bowtie is awesome. The whole outfit is f-in spectacular. Bowtie, tweed, LEATHER ELBOW PATCHES.

Fools! I looked at those set pictures. That isn't Van Gogh, it's Torgogh. Er, Torgo. Look at the red hair! The ratty clothes. The straw hat.

The beauty of super-hot extracts is that you can add heat without changing the flavor of the dish. You just have to make sure you dilute it some, is all. Well, a lot.

@idx: That was my concern. I just can't see how that doesn't render food disgusting.

@mclifford82: My wife had a similar issue in Baltimore. She got a bit lost looking for a restroom, and stepped across the invisible line that delineates the secure area from the insecure area. One step across, and the TSA goon wouldn't let her walk back the way she came, and forced her to go all the way through

@Bill Clark: Because he just got off of a plane. If he wanted to secret a device on the aircraft, he had a few hours in which to do it successfully.

@dan.ubilla: That would be because these rules apply to international flights. IAD and Boston seem like totally different planets compared to the rest of the US, but they really are part of the US still. Both of them.

@rocketrion: All of the closeups were done with puppets. CGI was used sparingly, as it should be.

@HitmonInfinity: But that's not the point. All CGI should be invisible. I should never go, "Oh look, CGI." I should go, "Oh look, spaceship!" I still prefer the look of the original Star Wars movies, even with the optical printing artifacts around the spaceships. Star Trek special effects peaked in TNG, and only got

My wife and I are in the process of buying a house right now. The nice feature of Pittsburgh, as real estate markets go, is that it doesn't have a lot of variation. Things didn't bubble up much, and hence didn't crash down much.

Wait: more important, how do I get the page up into the tab like that? Is that just a Chrome thing, or can FF be made to do that? #tips

@Conrad: You mean, "Post Genesis", and even a few of the Genesis ones sucked. It peaked in Sonic 2, was good through Sonic 3/Sonic & Knuckles, and that's pretty much it.

Works for my wife and I. Of course, we're in the process of buying a house, so there goes our liquidity, and a sizable chunk of change in other costs.
