Caught the pilot Pearl during her form changes, but what I want to see are the different Garnet reforms that she cycled through in “True Kinda Love”.

it’s Pearl’s look in the original pilot!

That form was actually the one that Pearl had in the Pilot episode, so it has been seen before, and was referenced when she reformed after getting merc’d by her projection.

If it’s the form I think you’re referring to, it’s the form she had for the original pilot/concept episode.

I’m starting to feel like we’re getting to a point where nothing is allowed. I mean, the context here, for example. She isn’t making fun of black people in any way. She’s trying to remain true to the character, who happens to be black. It would be one thing if she had done something deliberately offensive, but she’s

Don’t be a sore loser Zack. You can do better.

You’re both kinda right.

Wow, "Man Releases Video on YouTube". What a fuckin article dude, really love these meaningful contributions!

The movie Pulse from 2006 had a transmission that first started on the internet, but eventually came for cell phones and radios and TVs. I also like how the Scream films play with the phone trope, as people get murdered while holding the phone, the killer uses phone calls to manipulate victims, etc.

so whats the takeaway? investigation found out that the allegations were either false or hyperbole? or AMC is trash? i think suspension then thorough 3rd party investigation, then final decision is a fair route in cases like this. ones that are basically he said/she said. curious to the investigation and if this

I’ve heard that he talked about the toxicity in their relationship after it ended and that this may be a rare case of a mutually toxic/abusive relationship. I’m curious to see how we deal with something like that, if it, in fact, ends up being true.

November 19th is also World Toilet Day..............

I’m reminded of the time I dropped a Oreo onto a Fire Ant hill. I watched as they were at first pissed off then they came around and rebuilt the hill around the cookie as they started eating it. The next day I expected a statue in my honor. But, alas.

I felt no sympathy for her character. She was just doing it for revenge. I have no issue with them showing it because it’s readily available information online how to do it. I guess I did not think about them showing it as an issue. It was no issue for me for a few reasons. One of the reasons for me personally is a

How is it irresponsible. It got people talking about the issue. Robin Williams was the irresponsible one.

I remember reading that the people behind the show did a lot of research with people who deal with suicide prevention and yet they went against a lot of the guidelines the experts put out for preventing glorification of suicide and copycat suicides.

It really, really was. I’m not even the intended audience age and I found it to be the most upsetting show I’ve watched. It drove me to a very, very dark place that was completely unexpected. I’ve seen a lot of movies and TV shows depicting rape and suicidal ideation but not like that.

I hate the criticize the show, because the creator of it is a suicide attempt survivor, but that show did so much wrong from a mental health perspective. There’s the whole “use your suicide as a revenge thing” angle, the whole “they’only take you seriously after you’re dead” thing, plus the issue of graphically

No, it is responsible to tell teens to get back at their tormentors through suicide.
