this is just how they do their screener reviews, in some cases they get two episodes other time 5 it depends on the show they have no control over that.
its not paid, they did this last year after the season, but this year they are doing it after every episode cause Fuller agreed too and its more in depth.

In episode 2 roose bolton sent locke to the wall to see if jon was protecting his brothers. He wants locke to kill bran and rickon because they are stark hiers.

i think the problem the show has is that it has trouble dropping large exposition dialogue that is dropped frequently inside characters thoughts in the book.
