I got my parents a cruise last Christmas (we were poor when I was younger, so this was my way of giving us our first real family vacation) and it was great (Royal Caribbean).
You are incorrect. The absolute worst are people who pull into the pump, go in and buy shit (cigarettes, drinks, or snacks) and no fuel.
Seriously, a golf cart is probably the single most ideal vehicle for Manhattan.
Many states allow “neighborhood electric vehicles” (essentially fancy golf carts) to be driven on roads with speed limits of 35mph or under, which would be basically all of Manhattan.

The term “engineer” does get applied to certain occupations and degrees that don’t deserve it, but “electrical engineer” most certainly does. You only need a license for electrical engineering if you are working on power lines or other infrastructure tasks.
The Board cited laws against practicing engineering without a license, and cited his references that he is an electrical engineer as evidence. The board actually launched a two-year investigation into Järlström, where they decided that Järlström’s public critiquing of traffic light timing could be considered illegal…
