I just use an Excel spreadsheet I created years ago for my Pocket PC, have it hosted on Google Docs, and sync with my iPhone using Docs to Go. Works great. Doesn't have reminder capability though, but I just enter notes on the line whenever maintenance is done so I can look back at the history. Apps like these are

"Welcome to Costco. I love you."

I thought developers didn't have "deeper access" to the hardware? Does this mean there's a separate API now for AT&T vs. Verizon? Something doesn't make sense here.
