I did the same, but got one without a display. Just use my phone on a windshield mount. Its great

This is how I roll. Also if I’m commuting, I usually dont wave at anyone because we are all just trying to get to work.
Agreed. Lots of other countries have super easy access to sprinter type camper rentals, and the States just seem to have passed that market by. I toured all of Tasmania in a 3 person Van-Camper and had a hell of a time. I think Cruise America is about the only rental RV company I know of thats national, and they only…
I dunno. I could see Quadratech refusing to pick up bronco stuff. They hardly do anything outside Jeep and might just try and play up the rivalry between the two?
Highly do-able. Pretty easy to take all of your gear and drive up to a primitive campsite and then pack it all back out. Plenty of places like Big Bend National park have primitive campsites that require you to have high clearance and 4x4 capabilities to get to them.
Agreed. I take my old CJ camping a lot and I can fit a weeks worth of gear, two telescopes, a cooler, and my girlfriend in it. If we are going particularly back country, then I pop on the hi-lift, an axe, and my carry rack. I hate stopping at gas stations with all the stuff on when I see another jeep though, cause I…
Re: Saturn
I think this is the issue a lot of these big games have now. I played a decent amount at the start, but I also do a lot of other stuff besides video games. The map seems huge to me, and the meta seems to change a lot. However, lots of people only play this game, and they play it a lot.
I think Halo 2 had the best rendering of the worlds, in terms of the overall aestheic. I liked that foreunner buildings were solid single material buildings. It lent them a great deal of character against the lush worlds, and drove home that they only built buildings on a grand scale that were all regarded as temples…
I think Halo has fallen to the same problems that most fantasy universes have. The original Halo was completely unknown, and the first 3 games showed you enough of the universe to understand why you blew halo and the arch all to hell, but there were still so many unanswered questions to let your mind wander. This made…
Didnt I tell you to stop making up animals.
Youre right. For some reason I was mixing LandCruiser prices with the 4 runner. Too much coffee.
Thats my take as well, and why I will likely buy a used on in a year or two. As an avid camper and national park tourer, this seems like the best vehicle. I can drive it long distances to parks in a civilized manner, but still pop the doors off and take it on rough gravel trails and mining roads. The Wrangler is…
I think Ford is making a bigger statement here too, in that they arent countering anything Chevy makes. Chevy doesnt make any offroad SUV and Ford knows it. The Blazer Sport is competing with the Cherokee like you said, and Chevy is so far our of that market Ford isnt even paying attention to them.
Starts at 28,500 for the 4 door base. cant seem to find the 2 door base but if its 3-4 grand less that pretty damn good
I drive an old Jeep and have the audacity not to Jeepify it. You can do the same, dont let the Bros keep you from your joy.
I havent seen anywhere that the screen is touchscreen though, and that would ruin it. Big enough to see your spotter cams and what not? Im fine with that. Touchscreens have no place in an offroader though
Honestly, the Bronco 4 door looks intended, whereas the Jeep just looks stretched. It might just be that the relaunch means it was inevitable and therefore it doesnt feel like a sellout like Jeep sort of does (to the hardcore) but yea, the 4 door is a sexy beast. I think it looks better with the doors on though, while…
I’ve seen this mentioned elsewhere, but paring the V8 with a setup more akin to the raptor would surely be the ticket. A V8 Jeep with long travel from the factory would be a huge seller I think.
