Questioning why people would *want* to do things is the wrong question. I for one know shooting people is wrong. I also love shooting games, believe my old high school would make for an amazing gears of war map, and would jump at the chance to play a fully immersive VR battle royale game.

The reason most people play support is prooobably because DPS is definitely going to be taken first, followed by tanks, and they can tolerate playing support slightly more often than all of their peers. Heck I bet he’d be playing McCree if the spot was open.
