TSA = new American Gestapo? Yes, I just went there. 90% of what the TSA does is just for show, but they are beginning to take that show a little too far.

Yep, I can't beleive how bad it is. I shut mine down on Friday last week. Beyond that list, you will get two emails that you have to respond to. Seriously, is this 1999?

@pixelsift: Can it? I have no experience with ereaders, but I would think that they could still pad in the areas and alter the font for the code sections. Could be wrong though.

I am seriously beginning to think ebooks are more and more the way to go for certain things.

@Jack Musick: I don't. Like I said, I lead a very dull life.....

@Jack Musick: Mind you, I find it hard to believe there are any photos out there that would incriminate me in anything since I lead a rather dull life....

@Jack Musick: Although the messaging features unveiled seem to be nothing to worry about, I see other social implications that scare me. Namely, if I am job hunting, perspective employers will look at it. I have no control of what shows up when other people post it. If I at least eliminate my account, they have no

Facebook is becoming too big. I say time to leave it.....

@BrknPheonix: More to the point is that it is two Apples in the music business. So they are competing with each other.

@Chris Giddings: Just because the case was settled (and was it, I can't remember if it was settled or they just agreed to quit fighting about it for a bit), doesn't mean there isn't bad blood between the two about it.

@Tyrunn: Own? Think I need to brush up a bit. I thought they were just a puppet state of yours ;-)

@Tyrunn: Hey, I can go with Sir Amazing! It is actually SZR (my initials) and imagaing. It is supposed to be my company name, if I ever actually form the company....

@LordHelmet: It is actually more about trademark infringement and all that fun stuff than the Beatles. Apple had a no-compete with Apple Records years ago. Now, they are both in the music marketplace. Bit of an issue if you ask me.

@Tyrunn: Ok, I admit defeat in the cheddar thing.

@Tyrunn: Lets see, Cheddar comes to mind first, since a lot of it is from Wisconsin and Vermont. Then you have Maytag Blue Cheese, that stuff is pretty popular. After that, American cheese makers usually copy off of the types of cheeses from Europe.

@jepzilla: Dude, it was more of a joke. Why are you being so serious? Last time I checked, I didn't live inside my computer (although I am a web developer, so I am connected to it enough).

@jepzilla: And I should add, I am considering quitting it. I am just not sure the exposure from it is worth it all in the long run. After I keep reading how potential employers use it as part of their vetting process, the more I think it is a liability when they mis-interpret something. It really just sounds like a

@jepzilla: Existential questions of digital existence bother you?

Funny, I just asked a similar question on FB and Twitter. If I quit posting and using FB and Twitter, do I still exist?
