Here’s a better idea. Put up automatic toll roads that take plate pics and mails you a bill. If you live in the town or work in the town you mail in a copy of your ID and you don’t pay. Unfortunately, everyone else does pay. Toll roads not illegal.

It makes me wish I would have never purchased the Vita TV and waited for the Nvidia Shield console. I’m not upset with buying the Vita handheld.
