I am glad this person figured out a way to fund the purchase of a replacement vehicle but hopefully he is also pursuing legal and insurance claims against the driver and whoever else was involved with this crash.

Let’s just keep it real: This is actually an important test. I consider myself a pretty good driver, did the Skip Barber thing, have done a few track days in kinda-fast cars (Corvette Z06, etc)... and even I think that cars with this level of power would scare the absolute bejeezus out of me.
Ford and GM’s refusal to build new vehicles that compete in this space is what leads to prices like this.
