@SAThorn: while i can't get behind the idea of this shirt, that would indeed be probably the coolest use of it!

@hackalope: i'll agree with that for sure :)

@hackalope: im a mac users and have enjoyed not having to worry about spyware, viruses etc. i don't think i've ever really thought of it being about tight security though. i have always thought about it being more that mac has usually been the underdog. more people were using windows so thats where all the

i wish they would post something like this on engadget. the commenting gets so frustrating. it seems here for the most part people are willing to listen to each other... maybe just moreso than there.

@d1zzle: i'll agree with you that big labels need to change and update their models, but i would hardly say they are robbing people blind. its usually the retailer robbing you blind. the fact is tho - especially for a big label, is that big talent is expensive, manufacturing is expensive, promotion and advertising

@d1zzle: umm do you work in the music industry? cuz i do.

@TheSonOfKrypton: i suspect that the gyro works with the compass to get degree of x,y tilt/rotation while the compass decides what true direction you are facing. accelerometer works on z plane rotation

@WestwoodDenizen: yeah same actually. i think its a decent amount for the avg user. some ppl will def want more tho. will def add up over time for the carrier tho (hence the caps). cheers :)

@WestwoodDenizen: it really shouldn't matter anyway. smartphones are the new standard. as everyone buys up these smartphones, their bandwidth usage goes up and strains the networks. at & t felt it first but sprint and verizon see it headed right for them. they're going to cap just like at & t to keep usage lower,

@moothemagiccow: when i got my iphone4 they asked me if i wanted to keep my existing unlimited plan since i already had it. not sure why they even bothered to ask.

next up, sprint.

@ericesque: i seriously doubt that. and btw my whole entire industry is mac based for the most part.

hahah wow. im a graphics guy myself by trade and these are the very first things we look for and fix when doing this kind of stuff

@tedknaz: lovin the ipad. my gf has one. much cooler than i expected.

@tedknaz: yeah.. i almost got the evo actually. its pretty bada$$. my service plan was actually going to be about the same as what i pay for the iphone though. i *heart* your kickstand ;)

@tedknaz: i'd still rather have it than any other phone on the market right now. problems included.

@Trickyhop: the issue has been blown way out of proportion by the media and iphone haters. the only people you hear from are the people complaining (squeaky wheel gets the oil). my ip4 is fine. i don't have any more reception issues in my area than my buddy does with his evo on sprint. the signal performance is

@RockyRan: i think the functionality of the xbox dash is better than xmb (which i usually find tedious) but - i def agree with you that xmb looks waaaaay better - more adult, not so kid like.
