Dumb statement. They are not “known” for this issue, however there have been issues with some systems. I personally have had many variations of MacBooks, Dell, HP and other systems over the years. They all have these issues based on batches and the nature of the system itself..

Same Boat. Bought a used S5 with low miles.. I knew what I could beat down on the price. Told them what I was looking for out the door and was little issue.
