Having just binged the show for first time, I’d argue Earn isn’t competant at all as a manager. He’s able to do the bare minimum and get Paper Boi low hanging fruit opportunities but he isn’t able to position his client well, handle his client well, or even make sure his client gets paid for the work he does.
