But in the Sopranos episodes you’re talking about...the main characters were still part of the episode. It’s not like they had an episode about an Asian family living in California and then the next week, back to the Sopranos in Jersey.

100%. And with the technology that has been developed since then, it could really have an astounding look.
Respectfully, yes and no. Yes, I enjoy it as art but to me, it’s not Atlanta. IMHO, it would’ve been better to do a whole series like this, call it something else and not even tie it to Atlanta/the Atlanta characters. A one-off episode like this works in a “normal” season of Atlanta, but not every other episode.
I’d rather see a sequel to A Bug’s Life than this.
“Awful” is a little bit unkind. I’ll volunteer to proofread your comment and insert “not as strong” in place of “awful”.
I hadn’t seen the last season since I watched it originally until just recently; my son is obsessed with this show and so we’ve been watching together. We’re about halfway through the last season and it’s utter trash. It doesn’t even feel like the same show. I’m only watching now for my son. And he’s not enjoying it…
I was really kind of underwhelmed by The Lobster. So, good for her?
Oh....it’ll be bonkers.
If it’s good enough for Salt and Straw, it’s good enough for me.
You sound like a reasonable fellow. Do you have a podcast that I may subscribe to? Even though you’re wrong?
I’ve just recently gotten into ice cream making and although the word “overrun” is new to me, the concept is the same. You have to get the ice cream into the freezer as fast as you can to keep the air out. There are other ways, but that’s the one you have the most control over.
And they didn’t mention this specifically but, if you’re going for realism, you shouldn’t have the 3D camera move in a way that a real camera wouldn’t. Of course, Pixar breaks that rule all of the time but that’s intentional. And now with real world drone cameras, what a real camera can’t and can do is changing all of…
1/4 glasses, 1/4 Radcliffe.
I know. But let’s face it...half of it’s the wig!
It’s so Weird Al to have this be on Roku. It probably would’ve been on Quibi if that still existed.
I wish I wasn’t shocked that this sounds like two extremely normal people making good decisions and being able to respect each other in a public and private way.
Expert huh?
WHY IS ANYTHING EVEN ANYTHING???
That’s awesome!
