Well, yeah. Who gives a fuck about steam achievements? It’s all about leveling up your profile and getting cash.

Steam actually has a thing where level, achievements, and profile decor called “badges” can earn you cards which can then be sold on the market for actual money. A lot of people buy games this way; combined with steam sales it’s a great way to play actual games on a budget.

Maybe because the game punishes you for having too many people in a group? Any more than 3 people queued together and the game stacks the other team with like a thousand MMR difference.
