True. People detect taste differently, though. As you get older, your sensitivity to bitterness tends to diminish. People are more or less acclimated to certain flavours depending on their culture, and perhaps that can affect their sensitivity to food and drink that they’ve never had...
It’s just afk grinding, not botting. I honestly don’t see the problem with it.
Honestly, I don’t see the problem with afk grinding. It “ruins the immersion”? Who the hell cares?
Some people do, though- I’m just wondering if the same goes for other things that we normally consider to be acquired tastes; is it a genetic thing, or can it be acquired through secondary means? I’m just thinking about the nerd stuff here, don’t mind me...
If there was some sort of way to change your genetic makeup, the assholes couldn’t tell, and of this would even be an issue. Why is no one using Crispr for this? It seems like it would make things so much easier...
A lot of people with penises can’t seem to aim for the damn urinal. How the hell did she manage?
I don’t like the way it “comments” on racial issues. It seems more like a twisted rape fantasy than a thoughtful commentary.
I don’t drink often; when I do it’s only a sip or two, and I certainly haven’t conditioned myself to any alcoholic drink (primarily because I’m still underage in the US). But, I like wine of almost any kind. The same does not go for beer, whiskey, or any hard liquor. And vodka is the drink of people who’ve stopped…
What is this game? It seems like a more realistic No Man’s Sky with even less to do.
Is wine an acquired taste? I’ll drink the shit out of just about any wine you put in front of me. Then again, I’m French-American, so...
I can’t drink coffee, but I looooove unsweet iced tea (it’s an acquired taste). But, how it’s brewed and how fresh it is definitely matters. No one likes stale tea, and I suspect coffee may be similar in that regard.
I’d love to see the highly customizable and satisfying mechs, massive world, and good story from Xenoblade Chronicles X stuffed into a shooter like Titanfall. Titanfall’s mechs always felt so sluggish and frail to me. That, and the first one was half of a decent game with zero campaign, and I haven’t heard enough…
I find it easy to overwhelm more precision-oriented enemies. If you just bum rush the fuck out of a Widow, Hanzo or McCree (watching for flashbang, of course) with speed on, you can dance around them and hit them hard while they’ll miss most of their shots. Obviously risky and not recommended, but you can absolutely…
Lucío is a true team player. He exists to set up everyone else exactly where they need to be and bail out those in need. His DPS is honestly a second thought.
I always disliked how competitive Smash players just disable every item, including the smash ball, and limit choice to flat stages with no interesting aspects to them. It just makes the game bland, if you ask me, and completely wipes out a slew of cool strategies simply because they don’t like how the game is played.
Very stupid surprises, but surprises nonetheless XD
Roy is easy to counter, yes, but he can force you into some very difficult situations, tactically speaking. If you don’t have your blue unit in the right spot, he can rip open your underbelly and punish you with his stupid high attack. He’s usually worst when his skills are maxed out and he’s paired with other…
Julia and Roy are both pretty stupid powerful, too. If I see an arena challenger with a Roy or Takumi headliner, I go in with caution and plenty of salt to put on their cheese.
