I've always dreamt of online backups but even with seeding (CrashPlan), my 3MB DSL connection with 756kbps upload is not going to cut it. That's kilobits. Sure, I might have my initial 200GB synched but the moment I go on a casual photoshoot, I have suddenly have 250 megs to upload.

@Jackgoff: If you are looking to open up the flavors and you admit adding a splash will do, why bother with the ice? The side effect of the ice is the water that is released into the scotch. The main purpose is the chilling effect which I never found appealing.
