I’ll never be a huge fan of his music (was way to into punk when Slippery When Wet was released), but he’s been a good dude for a long, long time. And as I’ve aged, and become a true (transplanted) New Jerseyan, I’ve come to appreciate his music at least.

Not really into his music but great human being regardless.

years ago I was the designated driver and I was driving a friend of a friends Pathfinder, the windshield was covered in dirt and without windshield washing fluid. I can’t stand having a dirty windshield.

Whatever the percentage of regular people who know how to jump start a car is, I’d bet the percentage of congress people who know how to jump start a car is 1/10 that.

Good for her. Can any of us imagine Ted Cruz doing something like this? (assuming he even had the compassion for others or the skill to do it). 

All credit for jumping in and getting it done. She is using a jump start pack it appears which is only one step above plugging in a phone as far as the banana level goes but you do have to know what to do and she clearly did. 

In the captive audience of this site this base-level skill is not noteworthy, but I would bet a pretty small percentage of the general public actually know how to safely jump start a car.

I mean, she has real life experience.  It shouldn’t be surprising that she can jump start a car.

Hell, Trump’s wife was also an immigrant, though I suppose she demonstrated some “special skills” as a model and soft-porn actress to justify her visa. Jumping a car should be a skill that anyone with a driver’s license should possess and yet here we are.  But kudos to AAAOC for this.
