No kidding. Here’s the thing - he also explained why he was rolling up his tinted window (with heavy traffic and fans in the area) but was disregarded and yelled at in response. These officers should never work in law enforcement. They can’t control their emotions. 

I have both highway and in-town stop-and-go so will probably consider a used hybrid. That seems to be the best target for fuel efficiency. Everything else is Greek to me. I was very tempted by electric vehicles, but since I’m in Florida I’m concerned about the heat and the effect on the battery.

It does look like it. And it does appear very clean - but given it’s probably been in dude’s garage in an endless upcycle attempt, I’d expect it to be pretty clean. 

Really? I am seeing good reviews from car folks (elsewhere). But I can see where hesitation - even slight - in acceleration would annoy me. So... I’m facing a learning curve since I’d prefer not to buy another straight up ICE.
