I’m working on it. My Element is going to be 23 when I retire in 5 years. 213k miles currently. Looks like I’ll add just under 80k by then. 

This is the only way I’d consider buying one. But since there’s an article about the car we’d drive till I die, I doubt it’s ever going to be an issue (18 years/213k miles and keeping this Honda). I retire in 5 years - car will be 23. 

Range. It’s all about the range.

My commute is just under 60 miles total. Condition and range make this a ND for almost everyone except perhaps a local delivery person in a very small town.
