I wasn't around to post this in any of the 2011 retrospectives, so here it goes. Something Awful's film critics has 5 articles looking back the various films of the last year. Most of them are about sci-fi and fantasy films.

Since they are using a CGI as well as make-up for The Lizard, I suspect we will see him get more reptilian and less human as the movie progresses.

The movie had Silk Spectre 2's costume be different to her mother's (which is similar to the comic's).

Also, most mainstream comic books for a long time. Grant Morrison did not create Batman or Superman did he?

Now playing

Most orang minyak cases are indeed just your average rapist-stalkers (occasionally burglars) lubed up in grease. Probably help them escape. These guys are probably vulnerable to flames.

Minyak is Malay for oil/grease. Usually when you read that in the newspaper it's because of gasoline prices or cooking oil shortage.

But do they deserve him?

Most orang minyak cases are indeed that, thieves/rapists who lube themselves with grease.

Look, when a physicist lectures me on quantum physics I believe him because he's better than me at that stuff. Just the same, I'll trust multiple film critics and nerds I've seen discussing this as one of their favourite films.

As my friend said, it's a weird sci-fi movie people mistook for an action movie.

Which Marvel comic Spider-man by which writer(s)?

Triple D sounds too much like Triple H, probably.

It's easy to see how the Kristen Stewart and Lindsay Lohan rumors came about. These tow are hated by people and people also love to hate new things. Be thankful for films; without them the people spreading these rumors will feed by hatred some other way. Probably a basement full of dead pets, and diagrams on the wall

Not quite. It doesn't have the insane reason behind it that Skyline does. Skyline is basically a movie by special effects artists (the directors have worked on many films) about the wonders of special effects. I saw one screenshot of the film, and it literally has an explosion spill outside of the frame (I mean the

At least the shit-creature isn't in the movie, though.

Because he loves it?

No, that's definitely one of the best films he did. I'm glad the makers of that movie didn't have the delusion of making Speed Racer into anything 'serious'.

Not Catholics specifically if you are talking about the USA. From my viewing of American media, Catholics seems to be treated like the 'Other' most of the time.

Why do we need any movie in the first place? TV and theater and books already exist.

I thought it's pretty known now most of them were not slaves. They were contract workers mostly from the farming communities that work on the pyramids during the yearly floods. They were provided with dormitories, bread from bakeries built just feed them, and medical services.
