I unfortunately lost most of my Game Boy titles aside from Link's Awakening, Mario Land 2, Wario Land, and Wario Land II.

Little did I know back in the day that this was actually a SaGa title, hence the vagueness. I would love to revisit this one some day because all I remember is little bits and pieces. Here's hoping for a 3DS VC re-release.

That's the only Ninja Turtles Game Boy game worth playing, to be completely honest. The other two were too bland compared to this gem. It even outshines the retro console games in some parts.

Tetris was obviously my earliest memory, but it isn't a game that I played much.

Excellent and detailed experiment. You confirmed to me something I had already felt in the back of my head; 4K is indeed not worth it because it's too expensive to get games running on an optimal framerate. The tech and software is there, but you're required to jump through hoops in order to adopt it. I'll stick with

I would definitely go for the polygon era, or the PS1 to be specific. The 8 and 16 bit eras were the foundation of the genre, but there were little to no RPGs which made me go "well this plays different" aside from Super Mario RPG. The PS1 was the beginning of the experimental phase in gameplay with classics like

What a hilarious add-on. Almost seems like an April Fools joke by how off-the-wall this is. Color me interested, but I wonder how much this will cost? They should be very careful not to overprice this.

It's rather strange how the internet is flaring up just because Zero Suit Samus is getting a pair of high heels which make her more powerful. My reaction was 'cool, no big deal'. Why are people reacting so angrily against this? Sure, it may not be a logical power-up fighting in high heels, but this is fictional so

Very interesting to hear this bird's eye view of a firsthand experience of an interview with developers. The build-up to that important question did take too long, however. I thought you were going to ask something more important after all this.

RIP. Resistance 2 had an incredibly good and addicting 8-player online co-op. That's the one game in the series that got me hooked to playing online. It's a shame that the sequel didn't bring back this feature. I don't know if I have time to give it a proper farewell though. Too busy with other games these days.

It is indeed rather baffling for the president of Square-Enix to make this statement, especially since they're responsible for building the JRPG audience in the west with the many classics they've released before. Did they really think that their old fans faded away that easily? Didn't they pay attention to the

You know, that Opera scene meant nothing to me when I first played Final Fantasy VI. It was cool and instantly recognizable, but it hadn't moved me until I grew up and reflected back on it.

This is a stupid move. The reasons stated above in this article are more than enough to see why. But another weird reason is that amazon already has its own five-star score system supported by its users. Adding another score system on top of that is cumbersome, even if metacritic highlights "critics" more than

The only two things I didn't know about were Sony actually planning their console counterpart of the SNES add-on and the PlayStation dev kit which was sold worldwide. Interesting stuff.

A fair opinion. One man's trash is another man's treasure as they say. I just can't get over the fact that the developers rushed this just to bank on the concept.

I see what you mean. It's just the thought of charging 10$ for an unfinished and unpolished product, despite it's awesome concept and fun factor, rubs me the wrong way. Of course, the value of 10$ is subjective, so I understand why some people may find that the concept alone is worth 10$. Personally, it really

The concept of this game is kinda similar to The Amazing Frog on the OUYA, only there's a lot more fun factor, polish, and humor in this Goat 'Simulator' obviously.

That new look will take a long time to sink in. Really weird. The trailer does look promising, however. Whatever change-ups they have for the origin story sound interesting, too. Let's hope that all that alien crap from last year is no longer in the script.

Excellent stuff. I'm loving these creative ways to restrict cheaters from playing while not being too strict. However, is there a way to know if a person is a cheater or not? Like some indication next to his/her username? Because the FAQ says that non-cheaters are forced to play with hackers if a said hacker is in the

While the GBA version has inferior graphics in contrast to the SNES original, it does come with more bonus content in the form of never-seen-before levels.
