This guy is absolutely amazing. Excellent animation and great mash-up concept. The amount of tiny things that quickly go by is just too good. You guys should check out his previous mash-ups; two of which are Mario/Ghostbusters related.

I like the Super Meat Boy esque replay style. This was awesome....so awesome Nintendo should implement it in a Mario game sometime.

Man, I get all giddy with excitement as soon as a Matsuno project pops up. Vagrant Story and Final Fantasy Tactics remain in my favorite games of all time list. I'm happy that he's still around, although a digital card game sounds kind of weird to me. Here's hoping that the strategy game is full of awesomeness!

Thanks for the informative reply. Yeah, I'd imagine the PR people would try to keep things in the hush-hush just in case Sony decides to release this product worldwide...so they can maximize sales instead of having people import it from Japan.

Good for Namco. Ace Combat and Soul Calibur's recent installments have barely sold anything. By taking the free to play route, they're at least trying new options to keep both franchises afloat. As a Soul Calibur fan, 5 really disappointed me. It had improved battle mechanics, but everything else was a step down.

RIP. Contraversies aside towards the end of his time within Nintendo, I respect him for spearheading the industry and putting Nintendo on the map. Hopefully Nintendo offers a tribute soon. He deserves it.

Nice impression. Question: are the menus of the Vita TV purely in Japanese or can they be changed to English? Can it play Vita games from other regions and work with non Japanese PS3 and PS4s? I'm interested in importing it hence these questions.

Very smart marketing tactics. These are very appealing ways to sell this game as the standard methods will surely not be as successful this time around. I might dust off my Wii Balance Board just to give it a whirl.

Man, I don't know about this one. I'm happy that Atlus isn't going to fade away anytime soon, but I'm wary of how Sega will handle the company moving forward. Sega isn't exactly into niche RPGs in this day and age and they're more inclined to push existing franchises forward, which is completely against Atlus USA's

I definitely would buy Type-0 even if it's PSN-only. The Vita's screen makes PSP games look beautiful so count me in. I did hear that it's one of the better Final Fantasy games released recently so we're definitely in for a treat. Their logic is sound. If they're going to localize Agito in English, they really should

I have never touched a GTA game before in my life. I'm not really a sucker for open world games in general though. With all this hype and positivity around GTA5, I'm really considering trying it out now.

Excellent editorial. You're so lucky to actually visit the Treehouse. One of the reasons I respect Nintendo so much is because of how much effort they put into localizing games in English with a certain flair. They're just as good if not better than Atlus USA in that regard. Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi series are a

Smells kinda like a cash in to me. I love me some HP...read all the books and watched all the movies...but I think it's still very early to revisit the universe. We've gotten our fill and it ended wonderfully in 2011.

Well written article but ultimately too early to misjudge Mighty 9's true intentions. From the artwork and ideas, I think Beck will be Beck and Mega Man will be Mega Man, but that doesn't mean homages are out of the table. I'm sure Inafune and Inti Creates will make Beck's universe unique but carefully blend some Mega

Damn. Reminds me of the old days here in Saudi Arabia before we had official support and distribution from game companies. SNES games used to cost 100$, PS1 and 2 games ranged from 70 to 90$.

Aside from the greater color depth of the OLED, Vita Slim's LCD looks a lot better than I expected. Am I seeing things or is the perspective slightly zoomed in on the Vita Slim compared to the original?

A cheaper model of the Vita is smart at this point so it can sell more and gain a bigger base. While the OLED screen in model 1 Is awesome, it did raise the price of the Vita and there's a limit to the number of price cuts it can take.

What a surprising and cool product! While I expected an HDMI custom cable to directly attach to the Vita for TV play at some point, this little device is an even cooler option. Hopefully it's region free and universal so that we can import it in case Sony stupidly skips the product for international release.

I have to agree with what's conveyed in this article; going into technical details and being honest about the past iterations is very refreshing. The new stuff with FIFA are particularly interesting. I'm more of a Pro Evolution fan myself as its controls and physics always seemed a bit tighter to me, especially last

Leave to XSEED to continue supporting PSP games in today's industry. Great stuff. Coincidentally, yesterday I just bought Trails of the Sky digitally with an excellent PS Plus discount. I think I paid like 12$ or something. Might as well start playing this sometime later, but with all these games out I just don't know
