Clickbait? The headline promised exactly what the story delivered. People wanting to bang the new alien in the trailer. Get over yourself.
I’m the complete opposite, I say if the content fits then crass away. It’s not like Kotaku is the The New York Times or anything, they’re an internet blog that posts news and opinions about video-games.
Once you go Krogan, you never go back.
The business license I had to get to run a bakery from my home cost $280 dollars from the county and $35 dollars from the city. Licenses cost money.
It’s a gray area because the statute forbidding running a business likely was put in place to stop someone from setting up a business that brought strangers into the neighborhood for business purposes. However, here, they are simply living there and playing video games. I think a good lawyer could that YouTube is not…
YouTuber and Call of Duty team owner Justin ‘KOSDFF’ Chandler recently moved into a home in Cobb County, Georgia…
Normally, ‘woohooing’ in The Sims 4 is pretty tame...that is, unless you download some of the latest mods. (NSFW…
At what point does the guy say his friend’s feelings got hurt? His rant’s about robbin’s poor sportsmanship, and going from your deliberate misrepresentation of events, it makes me think you’re an unsportsmanslike teabagger also.
Completely wrong, but thanks for playing. There is sportsmanship and class in all games.
Sorry, it aint a competition for survival, it’s people on a sofa in the homes playing games for absolutely no stakes. That the emotion gets raised that high for some people is more an indication of their damage than it is about normal human competition.
The only person being “over dramatic” was the guy who felt this incessant urge from within his soul to rub his victory on a person by teabagging his character.
Only thing I see on the camera are two people having fun. And winning. Hard.
It’s extremely disrespectful in the fighting game community.
It doesn’t matter if it’s “rule”. “Don’t be a dick” is basic human courtesy.
You miss the point. I don’t care if the guy spammed the same combo over and over and won with it. That’s fine. He saw an opportunity and went for it. But he displayed supreme arrogance after winning in a way that required very little skill. THAT is what bothers me. I don’t personally care if someone wants to play that…
You’re not wrong. A good player can generally break spamming. And I’m not saying the guy is an asshole for spamming that combo. If something works, you do it until it stops working (or just before it stops working otherwise it might be countered). That’s not what bothered me. What I take issue with is people who think…
Well, the dude showed entirely horrible sportsmanship by taunting after getting a cheap victory by spamming. I think teabagging was just the scapegoat they used to hammer the point in.
Eh, it’s not the teabagging necessarily that makes me root for the streamer, it’s the arrogance. I hate arrogant gamers. Just enjoy the game, enjoy winning, there’s no reason to rub people’s noses in their defeat. Especially when you don’t demonstrate any significant skill in your victory (i.e. spamming the same combo…
Not only should you not taunt someone whose friend is way better than you, you shouldn’t taunt someone after cheesing your way to a victory. Spamming the same combo is not an indicator of skill.
If you’re gonna be a dick about winning, you probably shouldn’t do it to someone whose best friend is waaaaaaaaay bet…
