Since they're all procedurally generated, my guess is you wouldn't need to since you could just scroll through a list of available ships and pick out the one you would make.

I can understand that. A lot of people are a bit turned off by how little the trailers showed, but a fun fact is those trailers were 100% pure unscripted gameplay! Since I'm so excited for the game, I want to help people understand why.
