Maybe to most people, but I hate exercise! I'm way stressed and tired all the time and workout 4-5 days a week.

Been exercising consistently for the last 6 months or so and can't find any joy in it...but started spinning and glad there's been results. Four pounds in 6 weeks or so! It's the only thing that keeps me going.
