Seems like a stretch. The Nazis killed over 1/3 of the world's Jewish population in like 5 years. No way they'd still be going now.

Look, do we KNOW that Sherman didn't have dragons when he burned Atlanta? If you think about it, it's pretty unlikely that he didn't.

I'd much rather (and it would be much more edifying to) watch a series about Grant and Sherman beating the fuck out of the Confederate army, only to see the southern racists and the northern oligarchs win Reconstruction and the next half decade. Seems a little more relevant than some other scenario that is a complete

Porn Music Video. U even watch porn brah?

PMV huh?

No doubt.

One thing I do wonder about is whether there may be some concussion related issues that have caused him to lose control both in that instance and the one he went to jail for.

Yeah I've heard that but I don't really know the details. Seems like a stretch though. OJ had the history of domestic violence and all that…

Now he can finally get back to work finding Nicole's killer.

If you're casting a wider net, you should definitely check out Shellac, who I mention above. To me they are more noise/experimental than anything else, but they definitely have elements of a lot of that stuff you've been talking about. Most importantly, they kick ass.

It starts off a little slow but the middle to back half is awesome. House Full of Garbage is bonkers. Copper is great too.

What's he taking about?

I've been listening to it after picking up a used vinyl copy earlier this week, so I've mostly been just putting on the album and letting it play, but that one is fantastic.

I don't understand, why would you ever stop bragging about that?

I think 'sad indie girl with a guitar' is reductive, but they're not *not* that (I mean Flesh and Electricity, c'mon). But obviously they are much more than that, and I agree that they don't really make me sad per se. But a song like West Side Story has so much emotion that it just gets me roiling inside. Like it has

Man I hope they have new stuff soon! As soon as you said something about the best of the genre I immediately thought of them, and then when you brought them up I had to go listen. Their lyrics are so unique and contain so much imagery and it really sets them apart as a band, and of course Georgia's voice is just off

I get it. It does sort of feel more like a collection of songs than an album, especially compared to her other albums. BUT, it is a damn good collection of songs, so the uneven flow doesn't really bother me.

Camp Cope is ridiculously good.

Cerulean Salt is definitely the best. I think Ivy Tripp has more standout tracks that I love than the new one, but the new one is a more cohesive and maybe more consistent album as a whole. Without the demos, I'd put Ivy Tripp ahead of the new one. With the demos, I'd put them on the same level. Ivy Tripp just has too

I was feeling a little burnt out on this sub-genre, but the new Waxahatchee really won me over. You should definitely check it out. Like apples says, make sure you listen to the deluxe version with the demos. It's really interesting listening to the finished version and the demo version back to back (and the demos
