I made this last night, and it was really good. I admit, when I went to buy duck fat, my grocery store told me they no longer carry it. They offered to order it for me, but it would be 2-3 WEEKS...I didn’t want to wait that long to try this! I do think the rice/bean mixture got a little mushy, as my rice kind of broke…
