This is super interesting. I haven't picked up Sims 4 yet because 1) I'm broke, and 2) I feel like they removed some of my favorite functions. But I'm liking this addition: I have Sims 3 modded to high-hell to allow these very sort of weird things. (My medieval town requires inbreeding amongst the nobility.)

Close-family marriage, enabled by mods, is a key component of my medieval neighborhood. Inbreeding ftw! ;)
