Yes, we need 'unskilled' jobs. What you are missing is that they are intended to be ENTRY-LEVEL positions that people do as teenagers, or early in life, and gain the skills that they need to advance, even if it is in the same field as management. They are not intended to be careers on which someone can raise a family …
