I'm a very big fan of the dukes of hazzard series and have basically seen every episode. And with that said, by "perfect landing" I mean that the car doesn't seem to bend in the middle, like the General Lee or any other old muscle car seems to do from even the tiniest jump.
Absolutely, there's this one which cazzyodo mentioned;
No, NO!, NOOOOOO! This movie is perfect in every possible way and it can basically be seen as a documentary about Burt Reynolds's life.
I'll have to agree with you on most points you make, you seem to have made most of the advanced calculations needed.
Scchhh! Don't you come here with your logic and steal my moment of glory I've got going here.
It's a pretty good chase, I'll give it that. But outrunning a helicopter?, basically everything that happens in the industrial area?, and let's not forget the final jump that seems to be about 1 mile long? I mean seriously, the original was much better.
But but... Doesn't Bugatti only make the Veyron? So you're telling if I want to buy the Veyron Super Sport, I first have to buy five "regular" Veyrons? That's just mean!
Oooooh god, been there done that. I still sometimes cry at night...
Haha!, you guys pretty much nailed it. Great article!
Thank you! Not really a fan of all this pro-touring and ultra-restoration thingy that's going on right now, but I can see why people like it. But if you ask me, classic muscle should be all about cheap power and driving sideways on all types of surfaces, like there's no tomorrow! People need to start using em like…
And I agree on those two points! People need to get their head out of the sand and open up to new styles, or in this case old styles that never really made big in the first place. The fact that people still doesn't like the 2nd gen Camaro amazes me! I mean name one new car that has such amazingly pronounced body…
Stripping the body.
+1 Agreed, 2nd gen TA has got to be one of the most comfortable "sports car" ever made... Unless you're sitting in the back, cause then you'll be taking your own knees to the face!
Haha!, that's just a bit of surface rust, it will go away after a proper engine bay wash. If you think rust like that is bad, I'd advice you never to visit Sweden :P
Yup, to see a somewhat clean Amazon wagon for under $5000 is pretty rare even over here.
I'm pretty sure I saw that one for sale last year for "only" $100 000. Now that if anything is a CP
Who the hell votes CP price on this?! Do you guys know how hard it is to fit a body to a frame that it wasn't intended for in the first place?!
Maybe it falls a bit under #2 but when I grow old something like this is what I would like to be driving. Never really to old to old to hoon are we.
The solution?; It's easy! Everyone will simply have to take two pics of the same car. One to be the "good" pic and one to be the username proof pic.
