Your mom seems like a very discerning lady.

Nooo!! I need some Charlie each week.

Missed opportunity: "he reminds me of someone"
"Who?"
"Javier Bardem"

Exactly like The Godfather.
Throughout most of the episode I assumed it was being deliberately ambiguous is this a magical underwold level Kevin has to defeat, or is he working out some nonsense in his own head—much like the ghost Patti/halucination Patti. I'll hold off judgement until next week, but the final scene

This town has laws, damn it!

Or HBO really upping their penis count with this show.

Thank you, I can't believe I forgot Mystery and his peacocking posse bringing negging into the mainstream.

What sort of handicap do I have that I can't tell the difference between John Carroll Lynch and Mike O'Malley (aka Yes Dear, though the whole episode I mentally called The King of Queens, because I guess I can't distinguish those dudes apart either).

The greatest one season competition reality series of all time was definitely Strip Search on VH1 in which "Fifteen American men from all over the United States dance and model in grueling competitions to win six-figure salaries and one-year contracts as members of a seven-member Las Vegas male strip show revue." This is the least believable plot twist yet.

I like this guy.

Ask Marc how he got to be so hot.

When are they going to get to the origins of the LOLcats religion?

I imagine the HBO HR department complaining about how the internet is always complaining about their frequent rape scenes. They come up with the idea of including a male rape scene to see if the internet even notices. Maybe 2% do.

It's definitely a bell curve situation.

To be fair, the Mime did break it up by talking about the female lead's body for a whole paragraph, so not everything's about progressive social issues.

Guyz, you're always listing Fear the Walking Dead at 8 pm, but it's obviously at 9 (Eastern/Pacific).

Ridiculous over-performance, which might have been popular in the '40s, but isn't a great quality for a show host who you hope has an actual human personality that can conduct interviews.
