I like fighting games, but I rarely really "get into" them. MvC2 (on DC of course) did it for me, though, and I would love to see a third. HD hand-drawn over-the-top sprites ftw.

Maybe it's my OCD talking, but Rock Band 2 would be perfect if they could find a way to let us rip or download the songs from Rock Band 1, so we never have to quit and change disks, even if we get Wave of Mutilation stuck in our heads.

A great game, and yeah, it reminded me of the New Years flash that Arsenicberyllium mentioned. Self-coop has staying power!

So the majority of people in African villages, where people have been born and raised for centuries/millennia, tend to have more melanin in their skin…

I don't see how anyone could call this a "complex issue". Fact is, African villages would look kind of weird without any Africans in them.

Yay, Offspring! With the news earlier today of Bad Religion giving in to the whole Rock Band thing (with a song announced for Rock Band 2), this has been a good day for the future of DLC. Now they just need to convince Green Day, and release the full discographies of all three bands, and they'll be all set.

Why are people talking like USB hard drives are unique things? I have a whole collection of little USB flash drives as well as big USB hard drives, and I don't see any reason why a firmware update couldn't be released that lets me plug them into the back of the Wii.

This isn't the first gameplay video. There were videos in 1998 and 2001. I'm not sure how this is any different.

The Nintendo online bashing seems a little out of place in this case. I always thought download play to be one of the neater features of the DS, and now they're extending it to online. (This feature was reported as being available in the Japanese Dr Mario version, too, so it's not really new.)

After buying Petz: Catz 2 on Fahey's word, I think I'm going to pass on this one.
