Open carry means in a holster or shouldered pointing at the ground. You can’t just be waving it around. However cops are probably 10000% more likely to react differently based on race.

I don’t trust the police but if my relative was murdered by police and I saw video of it happening, and I knew a gun wasn’t a possibility, I would shout to the world, “there was no gun” Bottom line is, this guy probably owned a gun illegally, doesn’t mean he deserved to die, and it’s likely he was carrying it…

Also, I love the “I don’t follow celebrity gossip” statement, yet you can pretty much name every detail of this story.

You don’t trust the actions of a prosecutor that brought charges against a white woman AND a white man for shooting people. Did you forget the volunteer deputy currently in jail for shooting a black man?
