Great talk, but I disagree about making up that you wrote for various magazines. These days, with the Internet, it's easy to check on stuff like this. I think when Gaiman started out it was pre-Internet so he could get away with it.

Thought the mob going zombie on the High Septon and one of them triumphantly emerging with an arm was the best scene from last night's episode.

Trying to CG out a nose would blow up the budget. It doesn't matter much to the story whether he does or doesn't have one.
